Specialty · Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression in high-functioning women often go unrecognized for years. You look fine from the outside. Inside, you're exhausted in ways that are hard to put into words.
Book a Free ConsultationMany of the women I work with describe themselves as "high-functioning" — they're keeping up with work, family, and responsibilities. But underneath, there's a constant hum of worry, a heaviness they can't shake, a sense that they're running on empty and no one can ever know.
Anxiety and depression are incredibly common, and incredibly treatable. You don't have to earn the right to get help by hitting a low point. If something doesn't feel right, that's enough reason to reach out.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a primary framework — a well-researched approach that helps you identify the thought patterns driving anxiety and depression, and gently challenge and shift them. We also incorporate mindfulness and strengths-based work to help you build the internal resources to navigate hard times.
Every plan is individual. There is no protocol you'll be forced into. We go at your pace, in your direction.
I provide 100% virtual therapy to women in Virginia and Washington State. Sessions take place from the privacy of your own space — no commute, no waiting room, no performance required.
A free 20-minute consultation is the first step. No commitment required — just an honest conversation about where you are and whether we might be a good fit.
